Shipping
Because partner retailers fulfill the orders, shipping is handled by the retailer you buy from. Their shipping rates, delivery times, and tracking apply, and they are shown on the retailer’s checkout page before you pay.
For any order placed directly with Shop2Wow: orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Returns & refunds
For purchases made on a partner retailer’s website, that retailer’s return and refund policy applies. Please contact the retailer first — they issued your receipt and can process your return fastest.
For any order placed directly with Shop2Wow, we offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
